and Jims and Kelly's...you get the picture.....

The Diamond Jim with initial is a newer
stand for Mister Standman.   It was requested by a customer
who asked if we could put a initial inside the tulip lyre.
 Once I did it... wow.. it looked great.  You can order the stand with
any initial but please realize the initial will look backwards from the
back side of the stand.  Most of the letters do look just fine from the
backside though .  We do use a fancy font for the letters such as the
examples shown below.   You can also have the cutouts around the
initial stained a different color then reinserted and glued back in
as the example below.  The frame size on the Victorian, Diamond Jim, and
and the tulip lyre is 12 1/2  x  22 1/2 "

We can do this also like theTulip Lyre below......

 Tulip Lyre with " M " with Cutouts around  " M "
          stained in red mahogany then glued right back in
  You can mix color combinations.....
There is a extra $ 25.00 charge for this but it sure does
make the initial stick out.  The tulip lyre is the only pattern
we can do this with.  We can not do this with the Victorian Lyre....
You can also do this with any initial.    Some like it this way...
others like it without the inlay...you deciede....

After the cutouts are stained a different color
they are glued right back in the same spot......

Other Extras.......

 The Extra Storage shelf sits below the music tray and is
 a great idea for storing tuners, metronomes, business cards,
pencils, rosin, bows and other items.  You can also order the extra
shelf with a knotched end in the tray as shown to hold your bow.  The extra
shelf can be added to any of the designs of Mister Standman.  The
Brass Highlights or brass knobs to the left adds a touch of elegance to the stand...

The extra sheet music storage tray helps in
giving you a place to put your extra sheet music
and pieces your currently working on......

 Mister Standman Music stands uses the Four feet Pattern as shown on all
of his music stands.  The four feet which are almost 2 inches wide is the
main reason his stands are so stable.  All other Music stands from other companies
use those tiny skinny three feet pattern which are about 1/2" wide
No wonder those other wooden stands are so rocky and unstable...........
