Solid Back in Maple with Inlay Initial " V" in Red Mahogany
This was a high school letter font they wanted
for their high school band director.......
 

We haven't done a lot of this design so help us
out all you Anne's, Betty's, Chucks, David's, Elenor and Frank
and Jims and Kelly's...you get the picture.....

The Solid back with initial is a newer
stand for Mister Standman.   It was requested by a customer
who asked if we could put a initials inside the solid back frame
 Once I did it... wow.. it looked great.  You can order the stand with
any initials but please realize the initial will look backwards from the
back side of the stand.  Most of the letters do look just fine from the
backside though .  We do use a fancy font for the letters such as the
examples shown below.

The letters are cut out stained a different color like red and then glued right
back in the same hole they were cut out of....

A little different version of the Solid back is this one that is a solid back
framed around with a dark walnut border ..

This was done with the letter C and he wanted
the dove inset into it  - very cool
 
 

Other Extras.......

 The Extra Storage shelf sits below the music tray and is
 a great idea for storing tuners, metronomes, business cards,
pencils, rosin, bows and other items.  You can also order the extra
shelf with a knotched end in the tray as shown to hold your bow.  The extra
shelf can be added to any of the designs of Mister Standman.  The
Brass Highlights or brass knobs to the left adds a touch of elegance to the stand...

The extra sheet music storage tray helps in
giving you a place to put your extra sheet music
and pieces your currently working on......

 Mister Standman Music stands uses the Four feet Pattern as shown on all
of his music stands.  The four feet which are almost 2 inches wide is the
main reason his stands are so stable.  All other Music stands from other companies
use those tiny skinny three feet pattern which are about 1/2" wide
No wonder those other wooden stands are so rocky and unstable...........
